The founder
Guillaume Leclerc is the founder of the law firm Victoris (a SELARL registered with the Paris Bar, located at 34 avenue des Champs-Élysées, 75008 Paris).A member of the Paris Bar and a professor at Paris-Dauphine University, he advises companies and entrepreneurs throughout France and abroad on drafting strategic contracts (commercial leases, marine transactions), securing their business relationships, and managing disputes with government agencies (DGCCRF, DDPP, DREETS). Guillaume is also a partner attorney for the Paris Chamber of Commerce and Industry.A graduate of the Strasbourg Faculty of Law, Sciences Po, and McGill University (Canada), he practiced for eight years at major international law firms (Arendt & Medenach in Luxembourg, Linklaters LLP, and Deloitte in Paris-La Défense).Today, his approach is to provide clients with cutting-edge expertise through a close working relationship, at a fair price.His areas of expertise (in French and English): Complex contracts and economic regulatory oversight, from the initial correspondence through to appeals: deceptive business practices, supplier payment terms, telemarketing, compliance of online retail sites, and environmental claims. And maritime transactions: purchase and sale of boats and yachts, a vessel’s VAT status, leasing, flag state, and disputes.
Alongside his university studies, he served for four years in the French Army’s operational reserve. This dual experience is at the core of the firm’s identity: rigor, responsiveness, and a sense of commitment - qualities that underpin a clear approach: anticipate, secure, defend.As a member of several legal networks, the firm is capable of handling all matters in the business world, providing you with the teams and all the resources you need.
