Guillaume Leclerc — Lawyer at the Paris Bar

Lawyer since 2018, I support companies and their managers in securing their commercial relationships (negotiating and drafting contracts) and in managing their disputes with their economic partners.

In parallel with my activity as a lawyer, I teach at Paris-Dauphine University, in particular in contract law and contractual techniques.

Training & career paths

Before getting the Certificate of Aptitude for the Profession of Lawyer (CAPA) in 2017 (École des Avocats — ERAGE), I studied:

  • To the McGill University in Canada (2015),
  • unto Sciences Po Strasbourg (Master II in economic law — 2014),
  • To the Strasbourg Faculty of Law (Master's degree in 2013, Bachelor's degree in 2012).

In parallel with my studies, I served for 4 years in the Army under an ESR contract. I was decorated with the National Defence Bronze Medal.

Professional experience

Before founding Victoris Avocat, I worked for 8 years at major international business firms.

This rigorous training allows me to work on transversal and complex cases in business law, in French as well as in English.

I am also a member ofACE (formerly Association des Avocats Conseils d'Entreprises) in Paris.

And outside the office?

I have always been passionate about sports, especially combat sports.
I regularly practice:

  • The Running
  • Theclimbing,
  • The scuba diving.

All disciplines that require rigor, stamina and composure.

In addition, History, art and literature in English are an important part of my life.


These passions shape the way I exercise: they taught me discipline, theinvolvement And the perseverance — qualities that I fully mobilize for defend the interests of my clients rigorously and combatively.
