Structure and develop your business

• Company Creation Pack (SAS/SARL/SCI): Drafting of personalized statutes, form M0, legal announcement and registration at the registry office.
  • Budget: from 1500€ HT (excluding transplant costs).
• Associates' Pact: Drafting of an extra-statutory pact to organize relationships between founders and investors (exit clauses, tag-along/drag-along).
  • Budget: From 900€ excluding VAT depending on complexity.
• Capital transactions: Capital increase, issue of securities or sale of shareholds/shares.
  • Budget: On estimate.
• Annual Legal Secretariat: Approval of accounts and record keeping.
