2. Business Protection: Drafting of non-competition, confidentiality and intellectual property clauses for key employees.
3. Departure Management: Negotiation of contractual breaches and transactions to avoid labour disputes.
4. Criminal Risk: Defense of the employer in case of hidden work or the loan of illegal labor.
