University excellence at the service of your operational teams.

Legal risk often arises from a lack of knowledge of the field: a salesperson who validates an abusive clause by email, a buyer who does not contest the CGV... To avoid these costly mistakes, training is your best investment.

AsProfessor of Contract Law at Paris-Dauphine University, I am used to making law accessible and exciting. I do not provide theoretical lectures in companies, but “equipped” and pragmatic training courses.

My pedagogy for business:

  1. The Practical Approach: We are working on Your contracts, Your CGV and Your real cases. No abstract theory.
  2. The Rise in Competence: I give your teams (Sales, Purchasing, HR) the reflexes to identify pitfalls (limitation of liability clauses, tacit renewal, penalties).
  3. Risk Culture: Raise awareness among directors and managers about their civil and criminal responsibility in order to secure governance.
  4. The Customized Format: From a one-hour “Lunch & Learn” with a lunch break to a full day of “negotiation workshop”.
