From the treatment room to the medical industry: transversal expertise.

The health sector is at a crossroads between strict ethical regulations and massive industrial economic challenges. My firm intervenes on these two tables with rare technicality.

I accompany the Practitioners and Care Centers on their structure:

• Corporate Engineering: Transformation of private practices into practice companies (SEL, SELAS, SELARL) and creation of holdings (SPFPL) to optimize taxation and the increase of dividends, in particular for radiotherapy centers or groups of specialists.

I assist the Health and MedTech manufacturers on their commercial development:

• Industrial & Supply Chain Contracts: Negotiation of contracts for the supply of health products, advanced medical devices (machines, surgical robots) and rare raw materials.
• International: Securing (in French and English) import flows and partnerships with foreign suppliers (Asia, Europe) to guarantee traceability and contractual compliance.

Medical structuring and international contracts

Here are concrete examples of missions carried out for actors in the medical world:

• Structuring of Care Centers (Radiotherapy/Clinics):
  • Mission: Audit and legal transformation for the creation of SELAS of doctors and the integration of new partners within a radiotherapy center. Optimization of financial flows via an SPFPL holding company.
  • Budget: On estimate (depending on the complexity of the shareholding).
• Industry & Medical Devices (MedTech):
  • Mission: Assistance to a MedTech for the negotiation of its contracts for the production of advanced machines and the security of its corporate real estate (commercial labs/offices leases).
  • Budget: Contractual packages starting from €800 excl. VAT.
• International Sourcing of Raw Materials:
  • Mission: Drafting of critical supply contracts with a South Korean supplier for medical components and with a European producer of collagen peptides.
  • Issue: Secure quality, deadlines and responsibility on sensitive products.
• Creation of SELAS/SELARL (Doctors, Dentists):
  • Mission: Complete package for the constitution of a self-employed company, articles of association and partners' agreements in accordance with professional orders.
  • Budget: Packages starting from €1,200 excl. VAT.
